Overview

Raise a finding against a requirement and track its corrective action plan.

Step-by-step

  1. 1 From a requirement's 'Findings' tab, click 'Add Finding'.
  2. 2 Enter the 'Title' and 'Problem Statement', and upload evidence if needed.
  3. 3 Set the 'Type' (observation, non-conformity, or ofi). For non-conformity or ofi set the 'Severity', and for a non-conformity set the 'Implementation Due Date'.
  4. 4 Add affected assets with 'Add Affected Asset' and fixes with 'Add Recommendation'.
  5. 5 Review and save the finding. It appears in the Findings list.
  6. 6 The auditee completes the action plan: root cause, corrective action title and scope, completion date, and personnel.
