Manage the audit workstream
Open the Workstream sub-tab, add audit activities by category with owners, dates, and required artefacts, and mark them complete.

Step-by-step
- 1 Open the 'Audit' tab and the 'Workstream' sub-tab.
- 2 Review the status card and the audit program table (ID, Activity, Type, Responsible, Date, Status).
- 3 Click 'Add Activities' (auditor) to open the drawer.
- 4 For each activity, click 'New Activity', set the title, date, and responsible parties; expand it to add a description and the required artefacts.
- 5 Click 'Submit' to save the activities.
- 6 Open an activity and click 'Mark as completed' or 'Cancel Activity' as the work progresses.
