Overview

Set the budget, hours, and team for an engagement, and manage its evidence.

Step-by-step

  1. 1 Open an engagement and click the 'Planning' tab (visible to audit leads).
  2. 2 Set the budget and the planned man-hours for the engagement.
  3. 3 Add personnel and set each auditor's planned hours.
  4. 4 Save the plan. Its status moves from Draft to Awaiting Approval to Approved.
  5. 5 Open the 'Artefacts' tab to collect and track the evidence linked to the control tests.
  6. 6 Use the 'Risks' tab to review the inherent and residual risk across the engagement's assets.
