Send a questionnaire to a third party
Open the framework's share, invite the third party's email addresses or copy the link, set who can access it, and send the invite.

Share a framework assessment with a third party by email or by link.
Step-by-step
- 1 Open the framework you want to send from 'Governance' then 'Custom' (Frameworks) and open its share. You can also start this from a third party's 'Send Questionnaire' action in the register.
- 2 Under 'Invite people', enter the third party's email addresses, or use 'Bulk upload' to add many at once.
- 3 Add an optional note in 'Add a message'.
- 4 Set the access: 'Only people with access' or 'Anyone with link'.
- 5 Click 'Send invite' to email the assessment link, or 'Copy link' to share the framework link (/framework/{id}) yourself.
- 6 Review who can respond in the 'People with access' list, and remove access there when needed.
