Onboard third parties
Use Onboard Third Party, then choose single or multiple. Single opens the Add New Entity flow (Business, Contact, Review). Multiple uploads a file, parses the rows into an editable table, and creates them on confirm.

Add one third party through a guided form, or onboard many at once from an Excel file.
Step-by-step
- 1 Open a risk initiative and go to the Register tab.
- 2 Click 'Onboard Third Party' to open the choice dialog, select 'Single Third Party' or 'Multiple Third Parties', then click Continue.
- 3 Single, Business step: in the 'Onboard Third Party' drawer enter the business name, and select the industry and country.
- 4 Single, Contact step: enter the contact full name and email address.
- 5 Single, Review step: confirm the details and send to create the third party.
- 6 Multiple: upload the Excel file. The parsed entities open in an editable table in its own drawer while the processing status shows on the side.
- 7 Review each parsed row and edit any cell. For the industry and country columns, pick from the dropdowns.
- 8 Click 'Confirm onboarding' to create the third parties.
