Manage criticality tiers
Open the Tiers tab to read coverage and the Tier by Risk matrix, then create or edit tiers through the Definition and Review steps.

Define tiers and read the tier coverage and tier-by-risk matrix.
Step-by-step
- 1 Open a risk initiative and click the 'Tiers' tab.
- 2 Review the summary cards: 'Tiers', 'Entities Tiered', 'Untiered', and 'Tiered Coverage'.
- 3 Read the 'Tier x Risk' matrix to see how many entities sit at each tier and risk band, and the 'Third-Parties per Tier' chart.
- 4 In the tiers table, read each tier's entity count, risk mix, reviews overdue, and description.
- 5 Click 'New Tier', enter the 'Name' and 'Description' on the Definition step, review, then click 'Create Tier'.
- 6 To change a tier, open its row menu, choose 'Edit', adjust it, and click 'Save changes'.
- 7 Assign tiers to third parties from each third party's Manage drawer.
