Overview

Track artefact provision across your third parties.

Step-by-step

  1. 1 Open a risk initiative and open the 'Evidence' view from the options menu.
  2. 2 Review the 'Overall Artefacts Status' card (artefacts, provided, pending, passed, failed).
  3. 3 Use 'Filter artefacts...' to find a specific artefact.
  4. 4 In the 'Overall Artefacts' table, read each artefact's provision pills and progress.
  5. 5 Click 'View Provisions' on a row to open the drawer showing which third parties provided it.
  6. 6 Close the drawer to return to the list.
