Step-by-step

  1. 1 In the sidebar, open 'Governance' then 'Trust Center' (admin only).
  2. 2 Click 'Settings' to set the enabled status and the public slug, then save.
  3. 3 Publish content under the 'Documents', 'Processors', and 'Certifications' tabs.
  4. 4 Maintain the 'FAQ' and 'Changelog' tabs so the page answers common diligence questions.
  5. 5 Use 'View Public Page' to preview what customers see.
  6. 6 Handle inbound access requests under the 'Requests' tab, so sharing stays controlled.
