Overview

Run policies as governed artefacts with ownership, review cycles, and control mapping.

Step-by-step

  1. 1 In the sidebar, open 'Governance' then 'Artefacts Center'.
  2. 2 Use 'New Artefact' to author a policy, or 'Provide' to upload an existing one, and assign it an owner.
  3. 3 Open 'Governance' then 'Rule Book' and review the control groups your policies map to, their compliance status, and the linked policy on each control.
  4. 4 Set ownership and the next review date on control groups so review cadence is explicit.
  5. 5 Open the 'Orchestration' tab in the Artefacts Center to track policy effectiveness over time.
  6. 6 Refresh policies as they appear under the 'Due' tab so they never go stale.
