Operationalize policy governance
Author and provide policies in the Artefacts Center, map them to controls in the Rule Book, track effectiveness through orchestration, and refresh them on cadence.
Try it in CybervergentOverview
Run policies as governed artefacts with ownership, review cycles, and control mapping.
Step-by-step
- 1 In the sidebar, open 'Governance' then 'Artefacts Center'.
- 2 Use 'New Artefact' to author a policy, or 'Provide' to upload an existing one, and assign it an owner.
- 3 Open 'Governance' then 'Rule Book' and review the control groups your policies map to, their compliance status, and the linked policy on each control.
- 4 Set ownership and the next review date on control groups so review cadence is explicit.
- 5 Open the 'Orchestration' tab in the Artefacts Center to track policy effectiveness over time.
- 6 Refresh policies as they appear under the 'Due' tab so they never go stale.
