Overview

Publish documents, processors, and certifications, and manage access requests.

Step-by-step

  1. 1 In the left sidebar, open 'Governance' and click 'Trust Center' (this opens /trust-center; admin only).
  2. 2 Click 'Settings' in the top right to set the enabled status and public slug, then save.
  3. 3 Open 'Documents' to manage the published documents.
  4. 4 Open 'Processors' for sub-processors and 'Certifications' for compliance certifications.
  5. 5 Open 'FAQ' and 'Changelog' to manage those entries.
  6. 6 Open 'Requests' to review access requests. Use 'View Public Page' to see the public view.
