Open the Rule Book to read the Insights dashboard, browse control groups, open a control for its overview and context rules, and edit groups or export them.

Overview

Review control groups, drill into a control's policy and context rules, and manage gaps.

Step-by-step

  1. 1 In the left sidebar, open 'Governance' and click 'Rule Book' (this opens /artefacts/context-rule-book).
  2. 2 On the 'Insights' tab, review the governance metric cards (for example Regulatory Gap, Non-Compliance Cost, Third-Party Risk, Mapping Coverage).
  3. 3 Click a control group tab to see its header (controls count, policies, and compliance percentage) and its controls table.
  4. 4 Use the search and the Status and Policy filters to narrow the controls.
  5. 5 Click 'View' on a control to open its drawer, then read the 'Overview' tab (description, linked policy, ownership, assessment history, gaps, and cross mappings).
  6. 6 Open the 'Context Rules' tab in the drawer to see the rules with their pass or fail status and scores.
  7. 7 Use a control group's menu to 'Edit Group' or 'Export CSV'.
  8. 8 In the gaps section, change a gap's status (Open, In Progress, Resolved, Risk Accepted) from its dropdown.
