Step-by-step

  1. 1 In the left sidebar, open 'Report' and click 'Executive Overview' (this opens /trust/executive-board; requires executive access).
  2. 2 Review the 'Executive Board Summary' hero: the convergence score and grade, the trajectory, and the convergence pillars.
  3. 3 Review 'Compliance Posture' (posture score, total gaps, vulnerability, framework breakdown) and click 'View Initiatives' to drill in.
  4. 4 Review 'FAIR Risk Analysis' (annual loss expectancy, breach probability, loss magnitude, risk scenarios) and click 'View Risks'.
  5. 5 Review 'Monte Carlo Simulation' (mean loss, P50, P90, P95, loss distribution).
  6. 6 Review 'Audit Quality & Findings' and click 'View Audits', then 'Operational Maturity' and click 'View Controls'.
  7. 7 Review 'Financial & ROI Analysis' (cost avoided, current exposure, compliance ROI, investment model).
