Overview

Keep a large vendor population current with cadence-driven reassessment.

Step-by-step

  1. 1 In each vendor's Manage drawer, set the review cycle (Quarterly, Semi-annual, Annual, or Biennial) appropriate to its tier.
  2. 2 Let the next review date calculate from the cadence and the last assessment.
  3. 3 On the Register tab, use the reassessment filter to find vendors that are due soon or overdue.
  4. 4 Send reassessments to those vendors and track responses as they come back.
  5. 5 Offboard vendors you no longer use through the Offboard flow, completing the exit checklist and recording the reason.
  6. 6 Review the KPI row on the Register section to watch reviews overdue and due within 30 days trend down.
