Onboard and tier your vendors
Onboard vendors single or in bulk, assign each a tier, owners, and cadence, and use tiering to focus effort on the vendors that matter most.

Bring the vendor population into the register and classify it by criticality and tier.
Step-by-step
- 1 Open the risk initiative and go to the Register tab.
- 2 Click 'Onboard Third Party' and choose Single (Business, Contact, Review) for one vendor, or Multiple to upload an Excel file for the whole population.
- 3 For a bulk upload, review and correct the parsed rows, set industry and country from the dropdowns, then click 'Confirm onboarding'.
- 4 Click 'Manage' on a vendor and assign its tier on the Lifecycle step, with owners, relationship manager, and review cadence.
- 5 Apply a consistent tiering model so the most critical vendors get the deepest assessments and the most frequent reviews.
- 6 Use the Tier, Industry, and risk-band filters to segment the register, and the Tiers view to confirm coverage and spot untiered vendors.
