  1. 1 In the sidebar, open 'Report' then 'Executive Overview' (requires executive access).
  2. 2 Open with the 'Executive Board Summary' convergence score, grade, and trajectory.
  3. 3 Walk through 'Compliance Posture' (score, gaps, framework breakdown) and 'FAIR Risk Analysis' (annual loss expectancy, breach probability).
  4. 4 Show 'Monte Carlo Simulation' so the board sees the loss distribution and the range to plan for.
  5. 5 Cover 'Audit Quality & Findings', 'Operational Maturity', and 'Financial & ROI Analysis' (cost avoided, exposure, ROI, investment model).
  6. 6 Use the drill links to 'View Initiatives', 'View Risks', 'View Audits', and 'View Controls' when the board asks for the detail behind a number.
