Overview

Give each chief a dashboard tuned to their domain and accountability.

Step-by-step

  1. 1 In the sidebar, open 'Report' and click the role insight you have access to.
  2. 2 On the CEO view, present the 'C-Suite Convergence' score and the six pillars across the C-suite.
  3. 3 Drill into a chief card with its 'View Dashboard' link to show that role's domain.
  4. 4 On a role view (for example CISO), present that role's score and KPIs such as vulnerability remediation, incident response time, and recurrence rate.
  5. 5 Grant each executive the relevant role report access so they reach their own dashboard.
  6. 6 Use the role views in domain reviews and the CEO view for the cross-functional board conversation.
