Overview

Stand up a governed library of policies and procedures with owners, classification, and review cycles.

Step-by-step

  1. 1 In the sidebar, open 'Governance' then 'Artefacts Center' (/artefacts) and review the overview cards for your artefact counts and availability.
  2. 2 Click 'New Artefact' and build each policy or procedure through the wizard: select the Type, enter the details and Classification, map controls and guidelines, and assign owners and a Review Cycle.
  3. 3 For documents you already hold, click 'Provide' and upload them under Policy or Procedure, or use the bulk upload (Beta) to bring in several at once with AI tagging.
  4. 4 Attach an approval workflow so artefacts are signed off before they are published.
  5. 5 Browse the 'Library' and 'Custom' tabs to confirm coverage, and use the 'Due' tab to act on artefacts approaching their review date.
  6. 6 Reuse the library across your compliance initiatives so each control draws on the same governed source.
