Step-by-step
- 1 On an artefact or assessment, open the 'Activity' tab and comment, mentioning the owner with @ and setting a due date.
- 2 Track open and overdue assignments on the initiative's 'Activities' view (Done, Overdue, Total).
- 3 Use the activity timeline to see who did what and when.
- 4 Mark tasks 'Done' as the work completes, and resolve comments.
- 5 Keep the conversation on the item so the context stays with the evidence.
