Overview

Invite people from other organizations to collaborate, and send questionnaires to third parties.

Step-by-step

  1. 1 Open the initiative and choose 'Delegate' from the options menu.
  2. 2 Invite the external collaborators by email and add a message.
  3. 3 Set access to 'Only people with access', then click 'Save'.
  4. 4 For a third party completing a questionnaire, send them the framework link instead (see the risk 'Send a questionnaire to a third party' guide).
  5. 5 Manage who has access in 'People with access' and revoke it when the work is done.
