Create a custom artefact
Use New Artefact to choose the type, enter the details and classification, map controls and guidelines, assign owners and a review cycle, then review and submit.

Step-by-step
- 1 In the sidebar, open 'Governance' then 'Artefacts Center' and click 'New Artefact' to open the 'Custom artefact' drawer.
- 2 On the 'Type' step, select Policy, Procedure, or Supporting Evidence, then click 'Next'.
- 3 On 'Details', enter the name, a description (up to 200 characters), and a Classification (Public, Internal, Confidential, or Restricted).
- 4 On 'Controls', click 'Add from Library' to map controls, and add expectations with 'New Guideline'.
- 5 On 'Assign', set the Review Cycle (Annually, Quarterly, Monthly, or Weekly) and select the owners.
- 6 On 'Review', confirm the details and click 'Submit'. Set up an approval workflow if you want sign-off before artefacts are published.
