Open the bulk upload drawer, drop up to four files, and for each document verify the AI-suggested name, type, frameworks, controls, and owners before submitting them together.

Overview

Upload several documents at once and let AI tag each one before you submit.

Step-by-step

  1. 1 In the Artefacts Center, open the bulk upload (Beta) drawer.
  2. 2 Drop up to four files (jpg, png, pdf, docx, xlsx, up to 10MB each).
  3. 3 For each document, review the AI-suggested name and edit it, then select the artefact type (Policy or Procedure).
  4. 4 Tag the applicable frameworks and the controls, and add other owners.
  5. 5 Check 'Your readiness improvement' per framework, then use 'Next' to move through each document.
  6. 6 On the last document, click 'Submit' to provide them all together. The AI tags are suggestions, so verify each before you submit.
