Step-by-step
- 1 Open an item that tracks activity, such as an initiative, an artefact, an entity, or a risk.
- 2 Open the 'Activity' tab or the recent activity panel.
- 3 Read the timeline entries: who acted, what changed, and when.
- 4 On the initiative dashboard, open the 'Activities' view to see the task distribution (Done, Overdue, Total).
- 5 Use the filters (All, Datavergent, Auditor) to focus the activity by source.
