Delegate access to collaborators
Open Delegate on an initiative, invite external emails with a message, set access, and save. Manage who has access from the same view.

Step-by-step
- 1 Open an initiative and choose 'Delegate' from the options menu.
- 2 In the 'Delegate' dialog, under 'Add email address', enter the external collaborators' emails.
- 3 Add an optional 'Message'.
- 4 Set 'General access' to 'Only people with access'.
- 5 Click 'Save' to send the delegate invitations.
- 6 Manage who has access in 'People with access', and remove access with the trash icon. For organization-wide delegates, use the 'Delegate' tab in Settings.
