Overview

Bring people from other organizations into an initiative.

Step-by-step

  1. 1 Open an initiative and choose 'Delegate' from the options menu.
  2. 2 In the 'Delegate' dialog, under 'Add email address', enter the external collaborators' emails.
  3. 3 Add an optional 'Message'.
  4. 4 Set 'General access' to 'Only people with access'.
  5. 5 Click 'Save' to send the delegate invitations.
  6. 6 Manage who has access in 'People with access', and remove access with the trash icon. For organization-wide delegates, use the 'Delegate' tab in Settings.
