Get a distributed team contributing with the right access and in-context guidance.

Step-by-step

  1. 1 Under 'Account' then 'Users', add each member and grant access scoped to their role and business unit.
  2. 2 Show contributors the Self Service icon at the bottom center of the screen for in-context, task-specific guides.
  3. 3 Point them to 'Dashboard' then 'Guides' for the full set of step-by-step walkthroughs.
  4. 4 Have each member set up their profile and enable multi-factor authentication under 'Account' then 'Settings'.
  5. 5 Assign control and evidence owners on each initiative so responsibility is explicit.
  6. 6 Make 'Home' the team's daily starting point for posture and attention items.
