Bring the team on with access scoped to each role's responsibility.
Step-by-step
- 1 In the sidebar, open 'Account' then 'Users' and click 'Add User'.
- 2 Enter the member's profile (name, position, phone, email), and assign their business unit and supervisor. Click Next.
- 3 Select only the permissions the role needs. Reserve Admin for business-unit-wide access and Super Admin for organization-wide access.
- 4 Review, set the status to Active, then submit.
- 5 When responsibilities change, open the user's menu, choose Edit, adjust the permissions, and save.
- 6 Periodically review the user list to remove access that is no longer needed.
