Start a guided walkthrough with Self Service

Open Self Service, pick a category or type your goal in the search bar, preview the guide, and start the walkthrough.

Overview

Find step-by-step help by category or by describing your goal, then run the walkthrough.

1 Click the Self Service icon at the bottom center of the screen, or type your goal in the top search bar.
2 On the 'What would you like to do?' panel, pick a category card (Compliance, Risk, Audit, Data Security, Integration, Account) or type a keyword.
3 In the results, review the Resources and the Assisted Guides sections.
4 Click a guide to open its preview, which shows the outcome and the steps in the guide.
5 Click 'Start Guide' to begin the walkthrough.
6 Follow the highlighted steps on screen, or click 'Dismiss' to close the panel.
